Vin Diesel Has Been Sued For Sexual Battery By An Assistant Who Alleges He Forced Himself On Her During Production On Fast And Furious

Allegations of sexual battery have been made against Vin Diesel by a former assistant.

According to Vanity Fair, the incident occurred in the autumn of 2010 while Vin was involved in the production of the film Fast Five.

Asta Jonasson was hired by Vin’s production company to assist him during the filming of the movie in Atlanta. According to Vanity Fair, her role involved coordinating events, accompanying Diesel to social gatherings, and ensuring her presence near him in case any photos were taken with women when he attended functions without his girlfriend.

The reported incident occurred in Vin’s hotel suite at the St. Regis, with the lawsuit unveiling the specifics of the event.

Asta alleges that she was instructed to remain in Vin’s suite that evening. Once everyone else had left, he forcefully seized her wrists and forcefully pulled her onto the bed. According to her account, she requested him to cease and managed to break free from his hold. However, he persisted in approaching her and proceeded to inappropriately touch her breasts and kiss her chest.

The lawsuit claims, “Ms. Jonasson was afraid to more forcibly refuse her supervisor, knowing that getting him out of that room was both crucial to her personal safety and job security. But this hope died when Vin Diesel dropped to his knees, pushed Ms. Jonasson’s dress up toward her waist, and molested her body, running his hands over Ms. Jonasson’s upper legs, including her inner thighs.”

Asta alleges that Vin attempted to remove her underwear, but she reacted by screaming and swiftly fleeing down the hallway. According to reports, he reportedly pursued her, cornered her against the wall, and forced her hand onto himself. According to her account, he proceeded to engage in self-pleasure while she made an effort to mentally detach herself from the distressing situation, hoping to prevent any further provocation.

Shortly after the incident, Asta received a phone call from Vin’s sister, who informed her that she had been let go from the job after less than two weeks.

The lawsuit alleges that the individual in question was terminated due to her perceived lack of usefulness, claiming that she had been subjected to unwanted advances from Vin Diesel and had bravely resisted his inappropriate behavior.

Asta reveals that she has been unable to share her story until now because of a nondisclosure agreement. However, thanks to the Speak Out Act and California’s AB2777, she is now able to speak out.

Vin made a public appearance recently, showing his support for a well-known friend.
