Cochran filed a lawsuit against Cam’Ron for unauthorized use of the photo on his merchandise, alleging a lack of proper licensing and failure to follow the necessary procedures to obtain the rights. The alleged ‘It Is What It Is’ personality reportedly disregarded multiple copyright infringement warnings and initially failed to respond to the lawsuit.

Cochran was awarded a default judgment, reportedly seeking $57,000 in addition to $10,000 for legal fees. Cochran expressed her desire to conduct an audit of the Dipset Couture brand’s sales of the picture in order to obtain the profits.
